My Story

15 years ago I bought my first rental house. After a 30 year career in the Aerospace industry, this was something completely new to me but in my heart I knew real estate was my true passion. It didn't take long to realize that although rental houses was a great portfolio to have, it was buying outdated houses and making them look new and modern again that I loved the most. A house that would make decades of memories for a new family.
5 years ago, my partner in life and in business, Marianne, joined me and we've combined our identical passions to take our houses to the highest level as possible. It isn't work when we absolutely love what we do. The constant visits from neighbors, complimenting our transformation and thanking us for improving their neighborhood is rewarding in itself.
